This application is the first step in the approval process This application is preliminary only and does not obligate the owner or owner’s representative to execute a lease or deliver possession of the proposed property. Application fee is $20.00 per applicant and is NON-REFUNDABLE.

By submitting below, applicant(s) acknowledges that all the information in this application is true and accurate. Falsifying information on this application is grounds for rejection. Applicant hereby authorizes Owner/Broker/Property Manager to investigate the information supplied by the applicant(s)and to conduct inquiries concerning income, credit and character for the purposes of verifying and qualifying for this rental and any renewals thereof. Applicant further authorized the release of any and all information available from any reference, former owners, credit reporting agencies, human resources from my place of employment and government agencies. NOTE: Copy of actual credit report will NOT be provided to applicant. Applicant(s) also agree to submit any supporting documents including copies of W-2 forms, banks statements, pay stubs if requested as part of the application process. Execution of a lease or rental agreement is offered in accordance to the Federal Fair Housing Laws. Occupancy is limited to only to those named in this application. Applicant understands that if application is approved to rent, an earnest deposit in the form of money order or certified check must be paid within twenty-four 48 hours to hold property. Property will be held no longer than (2) days from the notification of eligibility. In the event applicant declines to rent property after being accepted and submitting earnest deposit, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. By submitting below, I acknowledge and accept the qualifying criteria and policies of the Owner/Broker/Property Manager by which my application will be approved.
