Applicant understands that if application is approved to rent, an earnest deposit in the form of

must be paid within twenty-four 48 hours to hold property. Property will be held no longer than (2) days from the notification of eligibility.
In the event applicant declines to rent property after being accepted and submitting earnest deposit, DEPOSIT WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.
